then i think better change your battery and try...
it may be some other fuse broken also...

add me to the list... the car list in my family... 2 in KL 2 in Ipoh

1st not all is Toyota Fans buy owner...
2nd u are comparing a new technology VS old ones  ... wake up la... u are driving an old car and u expect it has similar FC with better fuel save technology??? my 5AFE (1.5L JDM Spec) AE100/101 is about 20+cent/km... depends how u drive, the traffic, the tire and of course if there is a lot of up hills then cannot say lo...
