First time using Kangaroo courier and it was a very awful experience. They said my address incomplete but that's just bullshit because all other post I receive without any problem. They promised to deliver last Friday...my family wait the whole day and they didn't come as promised. I call them yesterday and they give the same bullshit about my incomplete address but I already explain how to get to my home. Last straw I gave them the nearest street near my home. They promised to deliver yesterday and that morning the driver call me said he was going to deliver the parcel and ask for my address. Really! How many times do I have to explain to these Kangaroo people!? Ok la...I tried not to sound annoyed when I explain plus the driver was very very rude the way he spoke ...keep complaining where the heck my house...so difficult to find. Hello! If it was so difficult to find then other postmen would face the same thing!!! Kangaroo better close their company and head back to Australia or wherever they came from because they are so useless.
