hi ... i also have experience with this " kangaroo service", i bought something from lowyat forumer, she said sent oit item on 21/05/09 and i check the trace of status. it deliver on 22/05/09. and i have yet not receive the item, whats going on of this kangaroo courier?? i doubt.

i have ordered something again and the seller use kangaroo service... tracking indicated as below.
