called to ask about the status, kangaroo's staff ask me to give them some time to find my parcel. In the afternoon, got a called from kangaroo and was told that they found my parcel and will arrange with consignee for delivery.
15 august
called kangaroo again to ask for status as consignee still havent receive call or parcel from kangaroo. They told me to give them some time to locate the parcel AGAIN. After few hours, person in charge called me back and tell me they dont know where is my parcel and couldnt give me a good explanation. I ask him to give me an answer by tomorrow which is 16 august.
Anyone here face the same problem with me?? What should i do if in the end they still cant find my parcel?? what should i request from them?? what compensation??
i feel that its quite ridiculous as they need few hours to locate the parcels instead of just check in their system... Last thursday told me they found it, and today they tell me they dont know where is it...
