Does this courier service send the items until my house door? Sorry for noob question , but im curious on it.

They claim that they are 24hrs shipping non-stop, but my seller sent a parcel to me yesterday and i have not received it yet by today. Shouldnt it arrive on today? since they're working as 24 hrs.

Really? The parcel was sent from KL yesterday. Im staying in Seremban , therefore i assume it should have arrived my house by today morning, but i still have not received anything yet. Is it usual or im having too much of thought?

tq guys... i assume they're not working on weekend , since noone has picked up my phone call, gonna wait till monday. **sigh**

You may logon to their web site for more info regarding to the area that being covered. http://www.kangaroo.com.my .The rates are almost same as poslaju or cheaper if im not mistaken.

I think you'll be charged extra if you desired to call them for picking up your parcel @ ur home.

ive just realized that kangaroo doesnt work on Saturday and Sunday. However, i received my parcel on Monday morning around 10am+ , the disadvantage is they dont work on weekend.

this is odd then.. i called them so many times but noone picked up my calls on saturday.

Hmm...i think it depends on the situation and the attitude of the mail carriers in charge. I have been using poslaju and had never encountered any problem so far, they even handled my international parcels with care.
