After reading bout Kangaroo bad service here, i was totally shocked and afraid cuz its my first time buying stuff from a seller using Kangaroo courier... but fortunately, my seller sent her stuff on tues and i gt my package on thurs. God~ that was so lucky of me. Probably not ALL Kangaroo service branch are that bad as well. Dey had a confusion on my hse add and dey called me in the morning to ask me for a clearer add or sumwhat alternatives to get to my hse. i told dem and dey confirm with me dey are going to send out later and making sure if there is anyone at home. and few hours later i received my stuff. My first experience was not bad. haha
