where can i check the charging fee for using kangaroo courier sevice? coz from the statement above it seems like different places is charging different prices~

just called them about the charges...
3kg for RM15 from KL to Penang....

is more worth to open account with them...
still thinking wanna open account...cause see lots of complaint about "KANGAROO"...

oo..so far its ok for me, item normally reach on next day..however there's a case they delayed my item for 6 days from kl to kelantan

hi ... i also have experience with this " kangaroo service", i bought something from lowyat forumer, she said sent oit item on 21/05/09 and i check the trace of status. it deliver on 22/05/09. and i have yet not receive the item, whats going on of this kangaroo courier?? i doubt.

I'm from remote area in Sarawak, they just call me today that they want me to pickup item in Kuching, which is 400km+ from here....! I said I can't go there... and they said will send it using pos laju on Monday.

Ayo! already tell the seller to use Pos Laju, bt he STILL use this crappy courier service, I know it good in Semenanjung and big town area in Sarawak and Sabah.... But please don't use courier service in remote area Sabah/Sarawak.... please

i bought something from this forum
and the seller use kangaroo courier service

i waited and waited but they never send me the stuff
so i called and they simply said they can't deliver it and won't deliver it
cause my area is out of their service area (even though it's still in melaka and not some other remote area in sarawak)
and they want me to go and pick it up

what's the use of courier service if they can't send it to me!
and if they don't cover my area then they should reject it and ask the seller to use other courier service

i don't have the time or transport and will not waste any of my money to get the item
i've already paid for the postage fee and i expect it to arrive at my door step
so i'm just going to see if how those kangaroo people will send it or do with it


and i am never going to buy anything from any seller that's using kangaroo courier service ever again

never heard of kangaroo before. But I think customer service is quite bad since they dont pick up the calls during Sats

what a surprise... he's very friendly..

1 thing i like bout their services.. they will call u to ask whether someone will be at home or not..

not like poslaju.. simply leave the notes at your mail box..

i have use kangaroo service twice, so far its service is good, receive items within 2 days n of coz price is good as well =)

delivery from kedah to kluang area only take less than 24 hrs...

used this courier service and what can i say is....it is cheap! one day only from sg petani to kuala terengganu delivery....

previously using airpak ... and after this i think i won't go for airpak nemore cos airpark rate is expensive for me ...

may i know what is the kangaroo express tracking number format. usually for poslaju is EN XXXXXXXX MY.

does anyone know? trader just gave me this tracking number 305339038 and i input in the tracking system it says no item in database.

system is slow 1...wait for 1 or 2 days
