Parents seem to have less expectation from kids these days and prone to reward them too much for too little. Or maybe parents compensating by buying them more stuff cause rarely spend time with their children.

I have been noticing that young people these days lacked serious drive and motivation. Also way too pampered. Just come out from college without any experience but a useless piece of paper already expect high salary and also to be treated like a boss and not willing to work hard or sacrifice.

If manager marah a bit, quit the job or make a lot of noise or try to use useless piece of paper to rub in people's face.
