Parents seem to have less expectation from kids these days and prone to reward them too much for too little. Or maybe parents compensating by buying them more stuff cause rarely spend time with their children.

I have been noticing that young people these days lacked serious drive and motivation. Also way too pampered. Just come out from college without any experience but a useless piece of paper already expect high salary and also to be treated like a boss and not willing to work hard or sacrifice.

If manager marah a bit, quit the job or make a lot of noise or try to use useless piece of paper to rub in people's face.

  Hasbro 4Q profit slips partly on stronger dollar

NEW YORK, Feb 9 — Toy maker Hasbro says its fourth-quarter profit fell an unexpectedly sharp 30 per cent on a stronger US dollar and the economic slowdown.

Consumers have tightened discretionary spending due to the recession and unemployment concerns.

The Pawtucket, Rhode Island based maker of Scrabble and Monopoly said today it earned US$93.6 million (RM336 million), or 62 cents per share, in the October-December quarter. That is down from US$133.7 million, or 84 cents per share, a year earlier.

Hasbro Inc. says revenue dipped five per cent to US$1.23 billion.

Thomson Reuters says analysts forecast profit of 75 cents per share on sales of US$1.27 billion. — AP
