60.51 speed is really really slow for me, at least 60.48 is not that bad.
Before the undersea cable broke, 60.51 used to be a very very good IP.
Downtime Undersea sub-cables have just broken..., Is the internet going down?

I'd rather stay in Malaysia with shitty speeds than going to Singapore and have all the speed I want but download nothing. |
