I think it's all BS! My friend at Singapore has virtually no interruptions connecting to North America while my end here has lots of request time outs.
This is all about Streamyx not using the money we PAID to buy more international bandwidth. They just don't care. |

TM has the money... but they don't use the money for the "right" purposes or to upgrade their system. So go figure.
