I heard it's Somalia pirates that stole the international cable.. well that's what I heard though, not sure where's the source comes from

well that's what a few people told me what happened.

I cannot give out the source but then it seems like cable can be sold for quite a price as raw material..

understand that it is not only the cable in the sea; xD
