I have a 1Mb/s connection at work and the same at home but I'm capped at 1.5Mb/s at home, 2Mb/s at work.
I'm on a 60.53.X.X IP and getting my torrent speed jumps up and down from 20+ to 60+ Kb/s.
Web browsing still sucks as bad as it has been for the past couple of weeks or so.
Downtime Undersea sub-cables have just broken..., Is the internet going down?
