i do think it's more like people doesn't wanna accept new things. they're so comfortable with windows xp now just like they used to be comfortable with windows 98. but windows 98 were only around for like 3 years, windows xp is already around for 8 years and will continue support for at most 2 more years. it's hard to people to move on for what they used to it. just like gf, 8 years suddenly break up sure super hard to move on.

an OS no matter wut , their life cycle is roughly + - 5 yrs , its consider XP can last so long for 8 yrs
when vista out, microsoft at 1 point decided to stop selling XP , those user kbkp ~ den microsoft got no choice and return to selling

but I like blizzard the way they design their game, both r compatible
only send out patches to repair a bit of platform glitch ~

i have dilemma to support mac or not. mac supports erm, more than 6GB RAM (forgot exactly how much, maybe u know)
BUT intel does not really support mac?

more like choose >processor speed with limit 4GB RAM or >ram with limit 2 processors.

MAC os have change their OS archtecture to enable Intel support, bcoz MAC cannot afford to come out their own mobo and proc
and majority of the user r using Intel based so to market along their OS and Intel

in terms of procs I would go for more core den speed, multitasking and multithreading you can see a lot of different
