Oh, I think I'm gonna download Raghee book.
So only turn on this EA only when all the signal for either buy or sell is completed? How long do I have to turn it on?

Well it surely not for kids but you gotta start somewhere.
So, what trading system you recommended for daily chart as I only make 2 trade a day for practice. Do AshFX Daily good? |

lol, I know a lot of people who treat demo like playing games. but after reading alot of books on forex like Mark DOuglas, John Carter, John Murphy, Dr. k Tharp, Kathy Lien, and Steve Nison which all within this month (I'm a STPM grad with nothing to do 24/7) I have good grasp.
I treated demo like my own with only risking 1% of the 3k demo money. The only thing I lack here is experience. Is it really tough doing trading? After a month on demo, the I only got 3 profit with almost 15+ losses. It really suck. |

Ah, fundamental. I normally just skip that part for technical instead. There is an indicator called 'FFcal' which I think you all know. So do should use this and how to predict its either it bull or bear?

But the curve already too steep plus it near overbought. Maybe won't pass the resistance created by the top on the left corner?

QUOTE(bulkbiz @ Feb 27 2009, 10:46 AM) Yeap you are right, just sometimes don't trust stoch 100%, it will make you miss hundred of pips. Many time I don't dare to enter trade due to high stoch, who knows it still climb up steadily. Any indicator you can recommend me to avoid this since you are indicator expert in this team? lol, I'm trying to experiment with many indicator on ForexFactory from THV to AshFX. I'm currently trying to find a good one for daily market. But it seem the best one is joining SonicRv2 with Peter's SonicR and THV Coral. Maybe I figure out a good one by next week....QUOTE(kelvin_tan @ Feb 27 2009, 11:44 AM) Its not the japanese adjust their currency level. Its that they intervene in the forex exchange market when deemed needed. They do not "adjust" their currency price but instead perform massive buying/selling of the yen that makes it move due to the huge volume that they are able to execute Hmm, thats interesting. I just finish reading a book called 'Trader, Guns and Money' and I read that Japanese control a lot of bond issued by US Treasury. Does that mean US economic will affect Japanese economic? To know if FapTurbo(why the name 'fap':P) is any good go here: http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/public/review/www.fapturbo.com My advice is don't EA until good with manual trading. A good EA I heard is called Shark 4.0. |

Lol, then just be like me. Demo-ing until somehow there is money drop from the sky. Lol, I thinking only using real money if I get consecutive profit for 3 month or so.
Anyway, just got bored and merge all of good trading system like SonicR, THV and Cowabunga. I think this will be the best Holy Frinkin' Grail of all time. ![]() Added on February 27, 2009, 6:59 pmOr not..... This post has been edited by Ibrahimovic: Feb 27 2009, 06:59 PM |

How bout trying the Cowabunga EA I given. Maybe you could test it and tell us about the EA.
@bulkbiz If you got only one Stoch, then you probably relying on Trendline right? I heard some use it to good effect. This post has been edited by Ibrahimovic: Feb 27 2009, 10:37 PM |

QUOTE(coldfusionpower @ Feb 28 2009, 05:58 PM) wah .. so many posts edi .. ahaha .. Haha, yeah somehow I got a moment of zen after putting all indicator into one screen. I guess I see that indicator don't show entry and exit too often and many are too late. Hence, I now trying to be more relaxed by using DIBS method and maybe using old-skool technical analysis. Ibrahimovic : it seems that trying everything in the web .. ahahaha ... even i use some methods .. the best template for is an empty one and good old 'elliot wave' .... about fabturbo, i use it on stock settings and some other ppl did change the settings. maybe i can try using various settings and see which one is better. but so far, im not impressed ... Why am I so dumb trying to use indicator but forget as more simple method? I learn my lesson after countless of loss... |

Yeah, it's actually just a harami pattern but we only concentrate it on 2p.m Malaysia Time(0600 GMT till 9-10 hour for sign of harami). So it's just plain old Technical Analysis on Daily Chart.

QUOTE(bulkbiz @ Mar 1 2009, 01:37 PM) Just going to test it on Tuesday. But when I'm inspecting the graph, it shows that many are in fact true and can sometimes get up to 100 pips if early on trade. The good news is that this system is meant for Asian trader since the author from US said that he have to wake up in midnight there to emply it.Highly recommend you to at least read the summary of the system if you got any free time. |
