recently i just bought a jefferson suit, its cheap and nice. it fits me. but the only problem is, the blazer is long and it doesnt suit my height. the chest size is okay, but the arms, as in diameter wise is kinda big.

is it safe for me to alter it? or its just gonna make it worst? thank you in advance
