Quick style question:

Planning on making a Nehru-collar suit for my wedding. What style of vents are appropriate for a wedding suit? Ventless, single or double? I personally like double vents because the square ass-flap looks neater than the single hospital-gown-bare-my-bum-when-I-walk vent.
But are there any particular requirements or traditions I should be aware of or do I just go ahead with whatever I personally prefer?

Also, does anyone know where I can find dress shirts off the rack that are v-collared like the one in the sample picture? Or at best, a nehru-collar dress shirt? I don't reeeeally want to custom make a dress shirt as well.
