Hi fellas,

I have two suits which I got of the rack that require alterations. Any shops(preferably in Klang or Shah Alam) that can be recommended to alter the shoulders part? The shoulders are a bit too low for me, slightly oversized. And how much can I expect to be charged for the alteration?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Come on man. He just needs an answer and if you don't happen to know, you could keep your 2 cents to yourself.

Thx hypoxia. Just to explain I got those from Dubai for an official function I had to attend on short notice. I returned early next morning so I didnt get the chance to change it. Yes I would have loved to have got one that suits me to a t but under the circumstances unfortunately that didn't turn out for me.

good tailors are hard to find (especially in malaysia).. i don't think anyone here has any good word about any tailors particularly in Klang or Shah Alam.. but you could probably head to Bespoked in 1U, kotmj and lanatir swears by them..

Finally. Thanks a lot. It sure did help to many of us who are new to it. Any idea on the price range?

To be frank, I have doubt that a good tailor is willing to do the alteration for the shoulder suit, as it will definitely ruin the whole cut structure, and most important thing is a GOOD tailor is more concern on the guality outcome of his works rather than the perks.....just my 2 cent....

Thanks for the feedback fellas. If anyone who has done it before can advice on its price range would be much appreciated.

Btw, since the question I have raised has been asked many times before, can it be put up on the first page of this thread for convenience of reference? It'd be good for those new to this thread I think.
