Go to Jusco and look for their in house brand SUAVE. Got many designs since few months ago. Some look like they are Korean look inspired. Less than RM100. Or if you are really cheapskate, go to Mid Valley look for Kamdar and the vest is less than RM20, but looks very dated. rclxub.gif

yes you do lol..
my main objective in the sentence is to enquire whether or not just tapering the waist would fix the issue? or does it have something to do with the chest area and so on? im not sure if you guys view the silhouette as how i do or not, but the only way i can describe it is that the body isn't outstanding.. because i believe i have the same problem with my Lord's suit and i'm wondering what exactly is the problem and how it can be fixed..

This jacket has a puffed up chest, so do my ALs...

Sartorial discussions aside, you guys sure have interesting nicknames for each other. True 'brotherly love'.

White colour is kind of rare if you're talking about Padini's / SEED's collection since as far as I can tell, most of their garments are veering towards the 'trendy' black. So far I've not seen any there.

I have a white pique cotton waistcoat one looking for an new owner but it's in L size. Hoping that it'd somewhat grace someone's attire at a white tie event.

All the Jusco outlets, if I'm not mistaken, since SUAVE is their in-house brand.
For sure, you can find it near Padini's section in Mid Valley's Jusco.

Sheeeet. I want to speak to my lawyer.

Added on April 10, 2010, 9:09 amSpeaking about Suave, I saw couple of nicely cut jackets the other day. Too bad the lapel is too soft or else I'd buy couple of them.

I'm having a Coffe Bean breakfast (excellent) at Cap Square (at 3:45 p.m.) while waiting for some iGents to arrive. I wonder how my linen jacket will be like.

There're already iGent gatherings in Malaysia? I find that surprising - thought there'd only be gatherings in HK and SG for Asian countries.

Where should I start? 3 iGents, one tailor. My linen jacket is well cut, but a little too much skirt flare. The breast pocket did not meet with AL's approval. I need to widen it. There is so little shoulder padding I am having padding anxiety myself. But there were so many people in the shop I couldn't properly concentrate on my jacket. He transferred some drape away from the sleeves to the back of the armscye (as per my instructions). Just the way it should be.

Silencer's waistcoat+jacket look fantastic. Trousers are like the previous, so no fitting. I am very keen on a waistcoat now. It is so different from those cheapo RTW ones. One look and you know it's bespoke. Really, the waistcoat looks good! I never thought waistcoats can look good.

Walnek was an observer today. He is tall and has a good frame. I think he can look like whoopee with the right silhouette.

ALT's sleeves alteration for silencer exceeded all my expectations. It's like it came from the Zegna factory. Far better than any I've seen. RM16 to shorten dress shirt sleeves.

Thanks to kotmj for his excellent advise and walnek for his personal opinion on my second suit. Had a great day spending times with both of u. Kotmj linen jacket looks fantastic when pair with jeans. Now,have to spend time looking for a right Zegna fabric for my 3rd alt suit or sportcoat.

Wasn't it a wonderful way to have clothes made? I wouldn't want it any other way. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. AL should count himself fortunate to have an appreciative customer like you.
