Transformers in 3D? And the best one out of the three? Now thats a movie that can topple Avatar out of the top spot.

That kinda looked like the climax from the first movie where they were screwing each other up in the city. It was so messy I couldn't tell who is who.

Part 2 had some great action scenes but the whole movie just dragged for too long.

I think what you meant is too many trailers will give away all the best parts so there won't be anymore surprises.
Its not too hard to predict the story for a movie like Transformers.

I think the trailer already gave away too much. Especially the part where them robots invade the city.
At least the trailer for Transformers 2 did not show Optimus combining with Jetfire (or did it?) so I was kinda like "whoa" when I saw that.

There's already a bunch of reviews on IMDB and all are positive. Not sure if those reviews can be trusted though...

Didn't Sanctum (3D) got the blessings from James Cameron? And that kinda sucked. So unless he's directing, I'm not buying it.

The first half was painfully boring with all the talking, lovey dovey, lame jokes, and the god damn annoying asian guy and boss. It got a bit better when the action kicks in but it was way too damn long and by the time it ends it was such a relief. The best part was definitely when they were in the falling building but other than that, you just don't feel the tension or urgency of the situation.
The visuals and all was stunning though but I still rank Avatar as the best 3D movie.

This needs to be watched at GSC Maxx. I got to watch it at premiere class and GSC Maxx and the 3D at GSC Maxx is mind blowing. I can't see shit at premiere class. Thats about the only good thing I can say.

QUOTE(vexus @ Jul 6 2011, 12:29 AM)
anyone watched transformer 3D ?

I feel that the 3D effect i not as good as avatar. The fighting scenes doesn't show any nice 3d effect.

Did you watch it at GSC Maxx? I've watched it in the normal hall and GSC Maxx and theres a big difference. You can really see the effects at GSC Maxx.

I actually like how Optimus is such a bad ass this time. He's pissed off most of the time and kills with a blink of an eye.

But one thing that bugs me is

They could do a prequel. Like what happened during the war in Cybertron with no humans in sight.

A grown man be-friends giant talking robots. Is that gonna work out? This isn't exactly Real Steel.

After 3 movies the wow factor just isn't there anymore. I don't exactly feel pumped up watching the trailer compared to the previous ones. For some reason it now kinda feels...tiring.
But hell we'll still go watch it anyway when its released.

Them robots look like they're destroying the entire city and sending all humans back to the stone age.

Watching Transformers trailers used to excite me but I'm not feeling it anymore. Now all I see is a pile of mess all over the place.
