Wooaaah no. The 1st one had plenty of plotholes. Ask me about them. I dare you!

I think the reason why everyone likes the 1st one is just because it was new. And the reason why everyone hates the latest is because it's the same old. I personally feel that all 3 are about the same.

Just off the top of my head:

- They have the Allspark. They know the Decepticons are coming for it. They know Megatron is waking up, and they know Megatron is like evil incarnate. They take the Allspark away... to the city?? Where there are thousands of innocent people?? That's where they decide to have their showdown with giant evil robots??

- Sam has the Allspark. The good guys' plan is have choppers meet Sam and take the Allspark away. Megatron is chasing after Sam because he doesn't want to let the choppers take away the Allspark. If only they can get the Allspark onto the chopper, everything will be safe. Megatron can transform into A PLANE.

Hasn't this always been the problem with Bayformers? The robots don't actually transform, they simply morph into any damn thing they like. I can't recall, but in TF1, doesn't Bumblebee look the same in robot mode both before and after he scanned the new Camaro?

Yes. Having rewatched it, I can definitely say TF2 is the worst. The climactic fight scene was spoiled by too close-up shots, which Bay only learned to avoid in TF3. And the entire bit with the Decepticons chasing Sam through the desert is just dull.

Also, in TF3, is the existence of the Transformers still covered up? Didn't the Fallen announce himself to the whole goddamn world?

What bugs me about Shockwave is that he has all these hentai tentacles, but he doesn't transform into anything. Sudah lupa ini movie apa nama kaa?

That's because the Transformers are not characters in these movies, they're props. I said it before in the ROTF thread - the way their faces are designed, they cannot even display any emotion. You don't care about Ironhide's death any more than you care about the property developer whose building got cut in half by the hentai tentacles.

Yeah, that's just typical of these movies. The SFX artists are working their butt off to make something cool, but Michael Bay just prefers to point his camera at LaBoeuf.
