QUOTE Has Sam Witwicky Gotten a Power Glove Upgrade in Transformers 3? ![]() Possibly, if these set images from Michael Bay’s “Transformers 3″ are any indication. Well it’s about time, right? You can only do so many sequels with Shia LaBeouf running away from exploding buildings and rampaging giant robots before the people need to see him fight back a little. Then again, that could just be aluminum foil wrapped around his hand, who knows, really. Michael Bay is mysterious in his ways that way. “Transformers 3″, with new eye candy Rosie Huntington-Whitely attached, arrives back in theaters the Summer of next year ready to blow everything up. As you can see from these set images, blowing shit up and taking names is still the order of the day. |

QUOTE(hairyLGS @ Aug 19 2010, 09:24 AM) His hand injury recovered? If that's the case, then this could be something else other than a 'bandage'. "Revenge of the Fallen" - - Sam 'teleports' to Egypt and scraps his hand on the sand. Thus needing to bandage it. Lame excuse for a car accident. |

QUOTE Transformers 3 Title Revealed? Some upcoming books listed at the Amazon revealed what might possibly be, the Title of the 3rd Transformers Movie. The books are to be released (May 17, 2011) very near the release date of Transformer 3 (July 1, 2011). The author of the books is official and has written books for the 2007 Movie and ROTF. The publisher is none other than HarperColins, which produced similar books for both movies. No need of spoiler tags, here's the possible Transformers 3 Title... Transformers: The Dark Of The Moon We can call it TDOTM for short (or DOTM for easy pronunciation). Almost forgot the books... Transformers: The Dark of the Moon: Autobots Betrayed! Transformers: The Dark of the Moon: Secret of the Autobots Transformers: The Dark of the Moon: Invasion of the Decepticons Update (Yes, an update already) : There is a movie website domain name registered on 13th September this year. It's www.transformersthedarkofthemoonmovie.com. The domain is registered by the same people who registered both the 2007 Transformers movie and ROTF Domains on behalf of Paramount & Dreamworks. Fun Fact: Meaning of the name - "The Dark of the Moon is traditionally the last three days of the Lunar cycle, immediately preceding the New Moon, and the time when the night sky is notably absent the presence of the Moon." QUOTE Transformers 3 Title and Shia LaBeouf Calls it Quits ![]() “Transformers 3: The Dark Of The Moon” is apparently the official title for Michael Bay’s “Transformers 3″. That’s according to the boys over at Seibertron, who discovered three movie tie-in novels currently being offered by Amazon.com, each one with “Dark Side of the Moon” as part of their title. That’s, um, sorta evidence, right? The title does make sense, since we already know that the moon will figure into the third film (for more SPOILER INFO on that read here). In other “Transformers 3″ news, Shia LaBeouf, who returns for his third outing as Sam Witwicky, makes some bold proclamations about the third film being the best one yet. He also declares it will be his last “Transformers” movie. He tells MTV: QUOTE This is, and I’m not just BS-ing you, it’s the best movie we’ve made of the three by far. The script is the best script we’ve had. The second movie, we were in the middle of a writers’ strike, writing on the go. The first movie, we had the discovery, and this movie really is the fruition of the rhythm we’ve created out of five years working together. I’m super proud of this movie… There’s no more for me, at least. I’m never going to do it again. This is the last one, so it’s balls-out. This is the best movie we’ve made, period, and that’s a unanimous decision by everybody. The sizzle reel that [Bay] has been showing everybody on set, it’s so outrageous. I’m very, very, very, very proud of it. As you’ll recall, LaBeouf famously apologized for “Transformers 2″, which many people did not like. I though it was just fine, and did what it was supposed to do, but apparently lots of people out there really expected more from a sequel about giant fighting robots from outer space. Go figure. |

Funny some call it "The Dark Side of the Moon", mistake I guess
http://www.digitaltrends.com/entertainment...title/?news=123 "The Dark Of the Moon" is a cool title. I was waiting for the official title and hoping not to be dissapointed. I am not. DOTM looks set to be the best TF of all considering what M Bay has promised and how excited Shia is. |

Hmm... very cryptic-sounding title there.
For me, Dark of the Moon (hopefully) can mean one of the following: 1) Huge Decepticon base/installation on the moon itself, hiding/cloaked away from detection. 2) The moon is actually Unicron in hiding all along (encrusted in rocks) , so "dark" = pure evil? |
