I bought a subsale house with my wife, under both names.
currently already signed SnP and loan agreement, in the middle of changing the house owner.

1. Can I apply EPF now?
2. This is our first house, money will be credit into our loan current account or our personal account?
3. what document needed. As I know, both IC, suami / isteri cert, SnP? or loan agreement?
