I am trying to get a friend to bring back iphone from UK.

I need to know is the price in UK cheap or not?

Does it comes unlocked or still locked?

If locked, what should I use to unlock the phone? Firmware patch or special card like turbosim. Which is better?

If cheaper, then I might ask him to get a few extra units so that I can make back a little money to cover up the fee.
