str = melee attack strength
vit = HP and defence
agi = attack speed and dodge
int = magic attack and SP
dex = small attack speed and hit rate
luk = increase critical rate

is it if you reset stats, your base level is cut by half?

panalty is base level will become half of the original
job level become 1
at the same time, you can reset stat

by default you cant just purely reset stat
so need to use the method above
