Hi. Can i ask you a question? I have also started running. Well, about less than a month. But one thing i notice is that my throat gets very very dry when i run. Dry like sandpaper. shocking.gif Is this natural? Is this due to me opening my mouth when i run? Should i then close my mouth and breath through my nose when i run then?
