hi..i been fraud by alt-f4 (lowyat member)

even in small amount..only rm30 but it still much to me since i was a student

i buy digimon from his last month..after make a payment,he say he will post it to me..

until now i still dun recieve my digimon..

when i call he dun answer,sms oso dun reply

Did he mentioned to you in his thread or via PM that he will sent it via normal postage or using courier(@ poslaju, posexpress, etc)?
If yes, please show back and he's liable for it.
