oh yea. they are using 03. should using 1300 so all call from fixed line will be charged local. 1800 even better, fixed line call for free! haha. but will them? dont think so
btw, for non 03 fixed line, better make call using mobilephone la, cheaper (for postpaid), coz mobilephone rate now is flat rate nationwide.
or, for digi prepaid user, hit rm1 so u will get 12sen/min. for celcom xpax user, add the number to your 15pax. haha

in my case, i want to remove names from the booking (credit shell), which is confirm cannot do it online. so must either call or go to counter.
notes: removes names (credit shell), airasia will credit the amount for that name(s) to your airasia account (it will be like prepaid) so can use the money on next booking + topup.

in my case, got 6 names, flight back to lcct time is 0930 during booking (promo fare) but suddenly airasia cancel that flight and moved it to 1240.
3 people cannot wait till 1240 coz got other things to do (should be 1030 already at lcct, new time 1340 at lcct).
since all 6 names are in 1 itinerary, so cant change flight for 3 names only, cant change name too (sell to other people) coz 1 of promo fare terms is no change name.
