hello guys, got a problem here..

my sis hammsters having a constipation(hard time to poop)..
the hammy just remain in weird position with its tail up(can also see its ass).
it just stays there for about 20 min now with its eyes closed..

is there a medicine for it? of just give something like fruits(papaya, etc)?
