Added on January 16, 2009, 8:34 amyess, mine definately more then 2 months old, i got him on 19 july 2008.. he used to be small, but i can see the size difference now.. i think its because he is growing hehe.. its ok to trim their hair is it? it wont affect them in any way?

Sad to say she R.I.P already early this morning while... look like she is sleeping but totally not moving at all and the body is already hardening...

Now my hammie always find stuff to bite, they even bite me sometimes, okie a not if they bite the plastic ??? is it better to provide something better for them to bite???

Give them the toilet/kitchen roll's center. FOC and many around the house if you don't throw away.

Went to a pet shop at Ipoh today to buy a new cage and stuffs for my male hamster coz needa seperate both of them.. So the first thing upon arrive at the pet shop , FIRST thing i'll do is check the hamsters they sell there.. I saw a dead WW at the food bowl there and part of the body were eaten by most of the hamsters they put together.. really macam macam breed of hamsters they put together.. I go tell one of the worker there bout what i saw.. Guess what she said to me ? " Aiya that 1 ? saw wrong le... It was mixed breed de.. " I keep telling her i not buying the hamsters or what.. I said there's a dead body there.. But she's off topic -.- totally dumb . I told another worker about it .. and show to him.. Den only he throw away the body.. See how responsible those Pet Seller nowadays only care about money not even consider the pets' condition .. Pity those animals man -.-"

You haven't seen those in the big pet shops in KL. More worst and sad than what you saw there.

oh? which pet shop is that? I went to a petshop in ipoh town area before and I saw a small n very aggresive hamster bullying another bigger hamster by biting its ears. Terrible

Sorry I can say any pet shops name in here due to the new law. Or else I will get warning or banned. Cause they deem it to be promoting pet shops etc etc etc... But if you know there are only a few big and famous pet shops in KL.

my syrian hamster (ren) sleep alot too but i learned that it is because of his ageing. his's almost 3yrs old d so he's considered old....

She just 2 month old...

you can always buy some chew toys from the petshops. or as said you can give them the brown rolls(tissue ones). or give them unused cookie boxes to chew on. well, i've heard ppl giving them dog biscuits too....without onions of course.

my hammy suddenly turned aggressive towards her bf..

is it a sign??

i hav put them in the same tank since last 7months..

but they never had babies..
