i'm currently studying in UTAR. hmmm.. UTAR is the most affordable college for middle income family actually.
Now they provide accounting in Kampar. UTAR campus in kampar is full of facilities and is a good environment for studying rather than Sunway.
Sunway living expense is too much expensive for us, moreover i suggest ur sis to make a degree before acca. Acca paper is quite tough if without working experience.

p/s : Accounting is not a simple subject. must work twice harder than others.
