The china copy of 903sh housing is bad, I've tried to put one on and it was harder to put on vs an original housing, I was able to split the parts of my original housing with the knockoff and make it work, on the black one I sold in the fall. The knockoff scratched easily too actually. Yup non original casings are not that good.. |

jp fw is also fairly usable, but similar restrictions to other jphone, no mp3, repro prompt, no mms. But still have web usable and 3g. The thing about jp fw vs other fw on some older sharps is you can lock 3g, but other fw its auto or gsm

hk fw should be fine, plus it doesnt have the ugly red bars like euro and japanese. (on 902sh) red bar euro on 902sh makes me want to throw up

I personally would recommend HK firmware as it is the far most usable firmware compare to others.(Chinese input/ouput, MP3 playback support, T9 English). Can be flash to other firmware.  |

If after flashed to HK firmware, then no need hypersim already?

no, they are talking about 902sh.
