Benny still haven't come out with an unlock solution, but in his selling, he said soon will come out one.

yeah, just knew that forum yesterday smile.gif
Thats why i know lkylyk using F905i now tongue.gif

I just chat with a jphone seller from SG, he said that this w62s function not that attractive. Need original CD insert to PC and sync with phone only can import the music to phone. Thus, MP3 file not allowed  biggrin.gif
And 2 Megapixels only for the phone  sad.gif

So the only attractive part for this model is:

Hiya, newbie here....got poisoned long time ago actually...

Don't have any j-phones for now but definitely soon will purchase one from bro voda...

By the way still doing research on j-phones before my budget comes in.

Currently on target (based on priority and budget): rolleyes.gif

1. P905i
2. 821P Mirror
3. W62S (just added this one recently lol)
4. 706P

So, any suggestions or comments regarding models above is very much appreciatedĀ  smile.gif
*
from those choices, i recommend you P905i...
nice screen, good camera, cool design~ you can't find these 3 elements together in your choices 2, 3, and 4. smile.gif

*
i still can't imagine how is the thing broken, but seems it din't cause you a big problem, then you might just ignore it for the time being wink.gif
but it may cause you a problem(eg sim card stuck inside when it is really broken) if you pull and push it in and out frequently for CPR...

*
firesim? sweat.gif never heard before...
it is easy to install, just cut your sim card, attach the hypersim with your sim card at the right orientation, then slot it in your SH-01A sim card slot. switch on the phone, voila the phone is unlocked.

anyway, whats and which new j-phone now that doesnt require any dismantling phone for reflash firmware to unlock...?
*
now latest series we use hypersim to unlock, no need to dismantle(though 920SH can be dismantled to plant the internal bypass sim)

Omg ? We require maxis/celcom postpaid service to use our softbank phone  ohmy.gif ? Prepaid canot roam out of japan, that means we need postpiad lo ?
Anyone can give a point on this ?

Added on January 8, 2009, 3:01 pm

How about Softbank phones ? If I use the newest v-sim for my 706P, if get OUT signal, will it auto recover ? Or still need to do CPR ?
& How we get OUT signal ? Phone signal in my area is very good. Never less den 3 bars de. Constant 4/5 bars.
Will type of phone affect the signal ?
*
we were talking about models like 920SH or 923SH, which needs to get reprovision after the phones are accidentally media locked back. we need Softbank postpaid active sim to do reprovision.

i am not sure 706P got CPR issue, but basically i-smartphone sim(which is selling by bro vodafone) don't have auto signal recover feature.
