This is my first simple project. ignore the title,I'm just going to tryout mirror shine my CM690 sidepanel.
First , you can see CM original paintjob. somesay mygrandmothercandobetter. Before project started  After some sanding of the old paint.   My sprayboard  too bad it got stolen after 1 day. Flat black 3 layers, Sand spray sand spray ...    After 3 layers of Gloss Black, same procedure , sand with 1200grit and spray and repeat. if u can get the 2k grit, it'll look a lot nicer. WTAsk here, do u sand it without any liquid?
or is it like lapping a heatsink?  |

Boss,go and do wet sanding with 1800 and 2000 Grit.
