i was wondering,is the HD Hyakushiki's articulation is just the same with the old Hyakushiki MG??

wanna ask ppl over here..lets say u bought a gundam,and there is some broken parts in it,what would u do?return it to the shop?

a friend of mine bought a MG Sinanju(dont know from where), and told me that the fingers patah from the ball joint..then he ask me whether isit possible to returning it or not..
