My heart says Providence since I like that mecha , but my head says Legend because they might want to complete the GSD big 4 team.
Either way, I don't think either Legend or Providence will get an MG, at least in the near future.

Apart from Sword Impulse, what other MGs haves been confirmed for the first half of this year? MG Guntank would be a nice addition to the Gundam and G-fighter, maybe it'll even push for a Guncannon 2.0. Dec is still a long way to go, but right now self-modded Delta Plus and Banshee are being shown online already, so maybe either one of these 2. Still sceptical about Kshatriya due to the massive size.

Normally variations of backpack have lots of more chances to appear in MG (take the Zeon & Federation series as example)

While for almost "the similar' Justice have low chances to appear (Put aside GOD Kira's Freedom ). Same will goes to either Providence or Legend in the future, if they ever make it to release.

The MG red frame will not be far since there is a PG already!

What we really need is some seed destiny Z.A.K.U.s using the V2 frames. If bandai does it, it's gonna be awesome.

Haha they nvr produced model kits. And even if the Arbalest is a model kit, the price tag IMO is not justified for it's size
