hi , i'm selling out my 7600gs currently at the price rm 125 (excluding postage). i got a pmied from this person who offer me rm 140, which normal people will not give such higher than seller offer aight ?.

his pm include:

tated to cod at plaza kotaraya

plaza kotaraya is quite far from my place (i'm living at damansara utama) and if it is needed i need my parents help too as i do not drive yet. also, he is a new member today with 0 post count. so i'm afraid of being ffk or cheated. i'm not a very very experience seller so i need your suggestion , should i sell it to this person ? thanks
