Hi guys,i wanna add some general condition at my tenancy agreement but my english no good,so please
aligh if i'm wrong:

The condition is if tenant not pay rental at the said time,i will take action



GENERAL CONDITION

1.The Tenant hereby agrees and covenants with the Land lord as follows;

b.To pay the monthly rent at the time and in the mannar aforesaid.The Landlord have right to terminate the electricity,water and lock the premises if the Tenant fail to pay the montly rental after the date stated in SECTION 9




Refer to SECTION 9 (TIME FOR PAYMENT=ON OR BEFORE 7TH OF EACH MONTH)

bro, i don't think you can cut off electricity and water if the tenant doesnt pay the rent, and only the court can lock the premises. not 100% sure though.

the most u can do is terminate the contract n forfeith the deposit (if the situation is too bad), dunno think can cut the electricity, water or others else

for example, if the tenant pay the tnb bill every months but not paying u any rental on time, may i know how u going to cut the electricity? and also after termination of electricity supply, when u wan to apply the supply back, u need to re-apply and pay some $ as well
