Hello, there is no difference between both the models in terms of specification...
However E156G's are identical to the E160G but are replacing them as the E160G is now end of line.
There is just some physical changes like the placing of the indicator light and etc, otherwise 100% the same.....
Hope that helps....
Thank you...

Hi there, E220 is 7.2Mbps ready, reviews claim a 7.2Mbps ready device can boost up download speed up to 30% extra with a 3.6Mbps plan... E156G comes with Micro SD Slot and small but only 3.6Mbps ready... It is your individual preference to choose anyway... Or you can go for a 7.2Mbps stick which is not that expensive these days... Hope that helps... Thank you...

Hi there

Those local units are with 18 months warranty (no 1 to 1 change) and no choices available as only white colour is around.
Our own imported units are covered with 12 months warranty (1 to 1 change) and plenty colour and design choices available.
Please check your PM for more pricing information.

Thank you.

Technically 99% of my customers are using Windows as their OS, very few using MAC.
I`m only a Windows user as well so i cant judge if it is convenient or not when it comes to MAC.
You can always try on your MAC at our office before purchasing the item to find out if it is convenient for you.

Hope that helps

Hi there,

We can provide Celcom registration only as we are an authorised dealer, our units are unlocked therefore can be used with any network provider worldwide.

You could purchase the modem from us and get a plan from Maxis if you still prefer Maxis.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Hi there,

It depends on the manufacturer of the celcom modem you installed the dashboard software from. For example if it was from Huawei, you would be able to control another Huawei device on it.

As for a high gain modem, I would encourage you to go for something like Huawei E1762, K3520 or E169 as their built in antenna is great in reliability.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  yeaay its very much worth it for e587, fast mifi.

i saw recently your website also selling Zte mifi that also supports dc-hspa+...how is its performance? it can even support up to 10 wifi clients ooo (e587 only 5 same as older mifi's) can you give a bit of review for that zte mifi ?
*
Hi there

It depends on individual preference.

Both E587 and MF80 using Qualcomm MDM8220 chipset.

The situation is more or less like Nokia and Sony Ericcson phones back then.

As for the Wi-Fi clients, yes only MF80 supporting up to 10 devices at the moment,

"lagi banyak device connect, lagi-la perlahan" hehe, it also depends on your connection speed actually, if it is sufficient enough to accommodate.

Maybe Huawei is just trying to be on the safe side and keeping it on bay by allowing 5 Wi-Fi clients only.

However we have received reviews from customer using both the models and all appears to be great smile.gif

Hope that helps

Hi there

The only notable difference is the design and interface.

Huawei E586 only supports 5 devices via wifi and no external antenna slot (Mid end range)
ZTE MF60 supports 8 devices via wifi and equipped with external antenna slot (Mid end range)

You can also opt for Huawei E586E which is equipped with external antenna slot (High end range)

ZTE units are always a little cheaper compared to Huawei.

All our MiFis' can be found at http://andrewsestore.com/store/network-dev...dem-router.html

Hi there

In terms of speed, both the units are capable of downlink up to 21.6Mbps.

In terms of signal and stability, ZTE MF60 would be a better choice as it is a mid end range.

Huawei E5331 is a low budget model by Huawei.

Hi there

In terms of speed both MF60 and MF70 is capable for delivering downlink speeds up to. 21.6Mbps.

However MF60 must be powered via battery at all times, even if attached to the wall adapter.
Via battery, it will last around 4 to 5 hours.

ZTE MF60 units (ZTE logo)
- Supports 8 devices via Wi-Fi
RM300 with 6 months warranty or
RM350 with 1 year warranty
Link http://andrewsestore.com/store/zte-mf60-mi...router-new.html

MF70 can be powered via any USB interface therefore working time is unlimited. It can be attached to a power bank as well,

ZTE MF70 units (ZTE logo)
- Supports 10 devices via Wi-Fi
RM190 with 6 months warranty or
RM220 with 1 year warranty

Hi there

Yes, of course as newer modems are equipped with improved internal antennas and high-end circuits.
Moreover, you would see a huge difference between a HSPA+ and a DC-HSPA+ device.
However all this are subjected to the network infrastructure at respective areas.

Hope that helps smile.gif

Hi there

You can use it like a normal USB modem.

However, battery is needed at all times inside the unit for all models except Sierra units.

Adding to that, even Sierra units require battery to be inserted at times when there is lack of power.

Therefore we recommend battery to be inserted at all times.

Hi

Some of the major differences between the models that you have highlighted are

a) LED indicator or LCD screen display
b) with or without external antenna slot
c) variance of supported band or frequencies

Yes, we are unable to use LTE FDD on a device that supports LTE TDD only, unless it supports both.

Some models are customized according to the requirement of the network provider to save cost,
e.g. Bolt ZTE MF90 supports lesser bands and frequencies comparing to the actual ZTE logo ZTE MF90.

Do visit our website at www.andrewsestore.com for further specification details according to the models.

Regards

Hi there

Yes, we do provide unlocking services.

It would be RM20 to RM40 depending on the firmware installed on your unit.

You can need to physically walk-in to our office to do so if you are located within Klang Valley areas.

If via postage, please add RM10 for us to post it back to you.

Hi there

ZTE MF65 is currently sold out.

However, we have ZTE R209 which is 43.2Mbps DC-HSPA+ new unit at RM140.
Link: http://andrewsestore.com/store/vodafone-zt...router-new.html

It is twice faster comparing to ZTE MF65 which is 21.6Mbps HSPA+ unit.

Yes, but we don't carry that particular variant.

However, our stocks for Huawei E5573 150Mbps that supports both Yes 4G frequencies will be arriving in the next few days.

We shall update it here once it is available.

Yes 4G LTE network operates on TD-LTE in Band 38 (2600MHz) and 40 (2300MHz). As comparison, other existing LTE telcos in Malaysia are operating on FDD-LTE Band 3 (1800MHz) and 7 (2600MHz).

For TDD LTE, Huawei only supports band 38 (2600MHz) only where as ZTE supports both band 38 and band 40.

In terms of supply and demand, not many available and the price is also not attractive.

Correct but you're also missing out TMGo and Webe, operating on LTE FDD 850MHz (Band 5)

QUOTE(slackinux @ Nov 20 2016, 01:15 AM)
For TDD LTE, Huawei only supports band 38 (2600MHz) only where as ZTE supports both band 38 and band 40.
*
Disagree and untrue.
Just like there are many variants for ZTE MF90 like MF90C, MF90G, MF90T and etc, there are also many variants for Huawei based on the supported bands and frequencies.
E.g. Huawei E5573s-xxx where xxx refers to the variant and varies according to the supported bands and frequencies.
The model we will be having tomorrow or the day after supports 4G: LTE TDD 1900/2300/2600 MHz and LTE FDD 1800/2600 MHz.
Therefore it will be suitable for Celcom 4G, Maxis 4G, DiGi 4G, U Mobile 4G and Yes 4G, except TMGo 4G since they're operating on LTE FDD 850MHz.
