Hi anyone know any dealer still have the Saga BLM 08 Manual Transmission M-line model (without the additional accessory immobilizer, door visor & etc)

Anyway anyone know if you on and off frequently will the aircon be easily spoil, just like normal household air-con, if u keep on & off the air con will faster damage.

The air-con technician told me normally air con cannot on off, as sudden stop and run will affect the oil fluid & motor.

of course the air-con motor & oil fluid. But for car I think should be the same.
Coz once u off, better let the oil fluid stable & drop to normal level the can start again. Or the infrequent flow of oil may spoil the air-con motor.

For the down payment, you can pay once the car arrived, since u had paid the booking fee, cause they need the car chassis, and engine no. before can submit to JPJ for register.

Then you can check the car in the show room whether u like it or not, then you sign and pay the down payment.

For the address, it will depend its it permanent or temporary; remember you need to change address once you move. It all up to your choice.

Good news that if you car register before 31/3/09 you still can claim the RM625 Petrol Subsidize from Pos Office, so act fast before it expire.

Proton Edar system really suck. The Saga BLM I order arrived on last Saturday 14/3, loan approved & d/p paid. Proton still not clear the car for transfer of ownership.
Sigh, Malaysia Boleh, Malaysia Proton Really Boleh!!!
Take 1 week just to prepare clearing doc. Don't understand to they really want to sell cars?
It can't get the car next week, I rather cancel the order and take back the down payment.

By the way I want to redeem the RM625 Gov. Subsidize also.

The thing make me really irritating is that the Sales Agent agree to collect the car by today. But everything seem not go well, not even go to JPJ site for registration. And now he postpone to Monday for collection, if still postpone again I really will kena him for empty promise & threaten him.

BTW anyone had experience in the time period for buying proton car?

Actually we must understand that car are made of metal. Metal easy conduct heat, so sure that it will hot like oven after park under the hot sun.

I think may be is your driving habit problem. Actually all depend how you accelerate the throttle, cause it may vary by individual. Especially we guys love fast and speed so of cause the consumption will be high.

Think again how the Proton Saga stretch your miles competition how they do it with 44km/l. We should revise our habit then compare to other.

Thanks a lot, as seeing other post, I though full tank be RM60-70 for 300-400km really worry me.

If RM50 for 400km then still consider reasonable.

As I still waiting these 2 day to collect my new Saga, not experience yet.
