erm guys, just now the alarm reset switch besides the 'hazard warning' button got flashing. Even when Im driving it still flashes..

In the manual, it only says 'push the button to reset the alarm system only when the key is in the 'On' position. It didnt mention about the flashes..

yes, I turn off the engine and restart again then it works as usual
About the flashes I thought like something wrong with alarm.. like wiring, etc

and guys, I just went to the acc shop and do the plate no. stamp on the front and rear window.. Cost me RM30.. is it the standard price? or can get lower? also the shop mention about RM40 for window visor, nice price is it?

since the pcikup for BLM is quite slow IMO, is there light weight 16 inche rims ?what brand? can recommend?

and so far great looking bodykit IMO is the airmaster..

yeah, I think would go for bodykit first... then after one year(change tyres and rims)..

got a friend of mine apply the airmaster body kit(total =RM1300) dont know it its including the spoiler and the fake ekzos pipe

guys, how much is it for the power steering liquid and where can I find it?

I just checked it just now when cleaning the engine bay area.. its nearly 'MIN' line.

got the car on 1st of November 2008.. and mileage is nearly 2k.. leaking?
so if I sent to SC, do they charge or claim from warranty?

about the power steering liquid, will any type will work on blm? in the manual says use ATF Dextron or Dextron 2..
currently i have this 'heavy duty' power steering liquid..

Just got back from Proton SC to check the power steering fluid and looks like it is having leakage.. the mechanic even shows me the part where it leaks.. yeah, dripping somemore

he says can claim warranty but not at that SC, said must go to HQ at Shah Alam..

so like, anyone have phone no. of Shah Alam HQ? do I need to make an appointment first or just walk-in?

EDIT: I just called this number, 03-7803 5587 been put on hold for a few minutes, and finally manage to speak to someone(the operator) and he says can make apointment/walk-in ... the place is at Batu 3, Shah Alam, heading to Glenmarie.. Proton Parts Centre right?

for me, have to travel about 50KM from my house..

IMO, better 90km/h and below till 1k service

just got back from SC in Shah Alam.. since could'nt find the Proton Parts Centre(sesat a LOT of times.. plus the traffic jam)..

and about the leakage, its just the aircond.. after I point the supposely 'leakage' to the mechanic here..

bloody stupid SC in Keramat made me waste petrol only..(right now feel kinda relieved and angry at the same time)

yeah, if comparing accleration at first/second gear sure lose to myvi or even kelisa.. engine can get bit noisy, but the rest is great! spacious with booty

and about that granite grey blm pic, what rim is that? 17 inch? the tyre so nipis one..

EDIT: read from previous post.. 18 inch.. damn, sure heavy..
