interested ..it possible but blm still under warranty..and after change to 1.6 still have to re-tune here and there..sure can do if got money..its better if can buy 1.6 blm directly from proton cos they already tuned everything..and tested..rite?

ya....need to drive long to know
last time when i start...step step also sometime no power
like u press 2 time fast...1st step have power...2nd one no power...
so need to have abit experience...maybe due to the drive by wire
*
yes...its quite different compare other car...drive by wire makes u think its underpowered and slow pickup..need bit training and understand ur car....i heard sprint booster for campro engine gonna be released in the middle of this year..it can eliminate the delay...without affecting ur warranty..no gain in Hp but can feel better pickup cos no dbw delay

sprint booster?mind to explain?another small chip to hack the ecu setting?

trust86
depend on ur luck.some salesmans haven increase it yet.

last year stock maybe...

sprint booster...copy paste hehe from http://www.sprintboostersales.com/whyitworks.cfm

Faster Throttle Response

Sprint Booster makes your car's throttle respond faster to your foot. As a result, your gas pedal actually achieves a full throttle response 25% sooner than the stock configuration. Even if you have a 'sport' button, Sprint Booster will quicken the throttle response time. By making the throttle respond faster to your input, you will feel as though your car has more muscle than it really does!
Sprint Booster Graph
enlarge graph
• Sprint Booster does not increase Horsepower.

• Sprint Booster does not reduce your 0-60mph times.

• Sprint Booster DOES make your car 'FEEL' faster.

• Sprint Booster is not for everyone.

Sprint Booster modifies the signal between the accelerator pedal module and the electronic throttle body. This modified signal forces the throttle body to open 'more' than the stock signal at a given pedal position. In effect, the idle-to-full-throttle pedal travel is reduced. This makes your car 'feel' more powerful because a given pedal input produces greater throttle opening. This is especially evident in the low to mid rpm range where most cars spend their time on the street.

Sprint Booster simply modifies the throttle signal between the accelerator pedal and the throttle body. Big deal right? Keep in mind, this is the same concept as the 'throttle pulley' modification on cable based throttle systems - which was very popular in it's time. It doesn't add horsepower, but makes the throttle more sensitive and makes the car 'feel' faster.

It doesn't matter if you have a Sport Mode, ECU software, or 'Chip' on your car, Sprint Booster works independently of other modifications. It simply makes the throttle more sensitive, making the car 'feel' faster.

Is Sprint Booster for everyone? Of course not, no performance product ever is. If you have a track car where you spend most of your time near redline, Sprint Booster is not for you - Sprint Booster benefits are felt in the low to mid pedal travel. Some people don't like the fact that Sprint Booster reaches full throttle before full pedal travel - if you routinely mash the throttle to the floor, Sprint Booster may not be for you.

Sprint Booster is most effective in the low to mid rpm range, which is where most 'street' cars are driven on a daily basis. Yes, you may need to adjust your driving style after installing Sprint Booster - but that is a short learning curve. Sprint Booster will put the 'fun' back into your daily drive.

Sprint Booster is simple but effective - it makes the car more responsive and thus more 'fun'! This is why the product carries a 30-day money back guarantee!!!

Sprint Booster installs in minutes, and is easily removable. Plug-n-Play performance!

city driving sure got benefit

wonder how much is the thing
*
seller will install it not proton ...but so easy to install...plug and play...it will sit somewhere around the pedal..small device only

wont affect waranty cos it doesnt touch engine..

my car in the morning delay alot...specially while run between 20-40km/hr changing gear...izit normal ?but after that when car temperature hot then feel ok already..

actually wat is drive by wire and ECU in our car ??i heard that ECU use to learn our driving style...but here got ppl said that we must understand the car due to drive by wire...is car understand us or we understand the car? haha
*
em..just my little opinion..i understand the car got drive by wire delay..so it response on how fast i press the throttle pedal..so..must learn how to press the pedal..if u like to rev..then maybe it will adjust the response faster.. smile.gif ..kinda mutual understanding... tongue.gif correct me if im wrong

the saga drive by wire is set to give slow throttle response. reduce fuel consumption and provide a more smooth drive i guess. cars with high throttle response reacts fast to throttle input, but reduce input abit already engine braking like mad. can be jerky. my old iswara manual had lots of throttle response compared to this car.
yeah. finished reading edi. burned a few cds. have to burn as audio disc, cant fit many songs compared to mp3 format. pic spam!

good suggestion. need to get an mp3 player 1st. killed my old ipod's hard disk after a fall last year. most likely gonna buy cds in bulk, burn em and put cd case in the car. got lots more places to put stuff compared to iswara. lol. cant wait for breakin period to finish. just now almost revved til 4k rpm. lol. used to driving a manual, now drive auto+drive by wire, harder to modulate throttle.
*
yeah more space..i like the default clarion player....sound nice when playing cd..thats why i dont mind burning audio cd

guys, is it nice if cover the whole front bonnet with cf sticker? my blm color is granite grey.is it matched with the body color?
