QUOTE(neverlog @ Feb 28 2009, 12:30 PM) Nope, battery ok, wiring ok, the mechanic came and use a handheld device plug in my car(under the steering), everything seems ok. He suspect that the accelerator sensor is 'kong'. so when you pedal it, then engine won't rev. He said now new saga's accelerator using sensor not by wire. I dun know is it true, so need to tow to Desa Tun Razak main branch service center. Anyone want to see the photoes of a brand new proton BLM* being towed away? *= less than 24 hrs, mileage less than 54KM. sure... ....hmm...yea..never cars mostly uses drivebywire..not wire accelerator anymore.....

QUOTE(ann^_^ @ Mar 2 2009, 10:00 AM) No sound at all just like using manual car (when you accidentally let go of clutch)... I cannot start the car engine straight away...I must wait for about 3-5 minutes.. then only can start back... For info, mine is auto car experience this before? check all ur connectors....send to SC asap....i think it might be the ignition problem....

I have check few cars in the showroom(2009 batch) and all got this issue. not sure about 2008 version.... The A have smaller gap while B have bigger gap.... turn the rubber dat located on the metal rod.....when u open ur bonnet u can see two black rubber just on top (behind)of the headlamp...turn clockwise and u can see the rubber going down...so slowly turn the rubber and close ur bonnet to see if its properly align, if not repeat the same thing....hope this helps... ....

QUOTE(babyk @ Mar 9 2009, 03:04 AM) this is why piggyback is not useful for a relearn ECU, you need a reflash so your power delivery of engine is always there, like stock This is what the R3 engineers come out with better and higher power engines, they reflash the ECU haha...this is wad i thinking...after speeding over 160km, the engine like no power going further and moving very slow....i think its due to ECU limitation...might be ECU limit the speed and engine power to increase the speed further, so the speed climb up slowly....if reflash, i think should be better Added on March 9, 2009, 12:32 pmQUOTE(babyk @ Mar 9 2009, 11:39 AM) I suspect BLM is using Renault base ECU too because Siemens based ECU, only some car manufacturer use it, such as Renault, BMW, Citron,Ford, Mercedes,Peugeot, Jaguar, Lancia, Skoda from the manufacturer above, Proton only deal with Renault comfirm its siemens....for persona i saw the ecu chip written siemens...right behind the aircond knob...duno is ecu o nt..la.. i saw 1 box written VDO Simens behind of the aircond...but mine is persona..la...i guess is the same for all proton cars....erm...the lag i think to reduce fuel consumption...coz when u press slowly, the fuel pump in slowly....i think its the ecu tune to give delay on the throttle...coz newer neo, the drive by wire is sharper on response.. ...... QUOTE(0hmyg0d @ Mar 13 2009, 01:26 AM) went for 15,000km service yesterday.. claimed a new power window switch and rear suspension.. wanted to ask.. how does iafm work? coz i did google around to find out whether mine is malfunction.. it works after 80kmh? doesnt matter which gear r u using? iafm is to improve the torque dip in normal campro where occured around 2000rpm-3500rpm....so with iafm, the acceleration between this region is improved....so i guess it works around 2000rpm-3500rpm...correct me if wrong..
