You're right, my previous chassis is CM 590...cm 690 is more comfortable, but, for the air flow, i am not sure, look at the front design of cm 590, you can put up tu 3 120mm fans (if you use an external dvd-rom/rw and etc...)....

Anyone can recommend a good full size tower casing? As I'm going to purchase new PC next week, budget is around 600. From the research i made, it seems like Silverstone RV02 is kinda match with my needs, HAF932 is in my list as well but the only thing i don't like is that they don't have dust filter. doh.gif

Anyone sifu can guide me? Thanks notworthy.gif

Obviously, you're more likely rv02, but rv02, is not a full tower, rv01, is a full tower...

Between, rv02, and HAF932, I will choose choose rv02....

The CM stacker and CM cosmos seem quite costly. Do they even cost around RM600 only because they all aluminum?

OMG, I thought RV02 is full tower casing. I am worried bout RV01 because:

1) Fan speed is very low and the air ventilation is not as good as RV02.

2) The IO shield panel, If I plug the thumbdrive, the external case cannot put back as the thumbdrive has blocked the top case.

3) I'm not so fond of front door, I have a bad experience using casing with door that I'm so frustrated on the door that I even take out the door forcefully . shocking.gif

I haven't checked the thermaltake speedo. Let me check its review first.

Added on October 6, 2009, 3:25 pmI have checked the Thermaltake Spedo Case. This case really impress me. (from all features that thermaltake has given).

But one thing that i worried is that does it fit on a Radeon5870 graphic card? ohmy.gif

1) You're right, but I have no problems, with the air flow, plus, you can customize the fans later. You can add or change.

2) Don't worry, the thumdrive will fit perfectly, plus, you can put your thumbdrive at front connector?

3) Yeah, I don't like too. but this door is different, plus, you can apply a grease or something onto it's "roller"

Well up to you.....

well usually u could all in one fan controller, I/O ports, temperature display in one module from third party manufacturer loh ...

it's not gonna be cheap for sure... the module will cost as much as a case in average.

Looking for ATX casing below RM250, preferably with good airflow/heat dissipation/low noise, design doesn't really matter as long as it's not ugly as hell haha.

+1 on that
cm690 overall flow and cable management is nice
paint the interior black and you've got a superb case
best bang for buck IMO

in my opinion?
both laugh.gif
k62 nicer and batter quality than 690
k58 for cheaper than k62, nicer and better quality than 690 tongue.gif

performance wise i dunno coz never tested any them. laugh.gif

but than i spend rm350 recently on a lian li case which is much much more better quality and nicer than all of above.

edit~ personal choice only~
