let face it people like to be around people that are attractive, but attractive does not mean only in appearance it can be inner beauty too, about the appearances i think saintangelius had give a good idea about it, maybe the thing you talk about deosn't interest them, else sharpen your knwoledge more by reading more books, news and stuff, be more aware of what's happening around you, it does help, lastly people will always shun away from people that are always unhappy and like to rants, they rather stick will people who are cheerful, cheers =)
