 AKPK, debt issue, anyone got a question to ask them?

I enrolled into tele counselling at 3pm today, but they never call so i call to their hotline and ask about it. They say allow five days to wait for the counselor to call, anyone encounter this before?

I called in AKPK hotline, they say I have made the appointment today 3pm, its just that I will need to give 5 days for the counselor to call me back lol

received an email from AKPK saying that my application has approved.

Please be informed that your DMP application has been approved. Please proceed to activate your customer portal at https://customer.akpk.org.my by clicking Forgot Password and fill up the required information.

Is this a normal procedure from AKPK?

Hi all, I enroll into AKPK a year ago because fail from doing business, now my full time job is stable and I gain some extra money to clear part of my debts under AKPK. I would like to ask what is the steps i need to take care of for my scenario as below:

For example:
I have debts of
24k from Bank A
19k from Bank B
6k from Bank C
5k from Bank D

I would like to clear 23k for Bank A and 18k for Bank B, and opt out from AKPK after the payment, can I pay like normal credit card term for the remaining 1k from Bank A&B & balance for Bank C&D

And how do I make payment to the banks? Is it I just pay to the credit card account number? And what I should do next to opt out from AKPK? Thanks
