After I enter AKPK i found out HSBC is truly the most lousy bank out in malaysia.

Why? Because I enter AKPK back in jun 2024 and HSBC only today makes AKPK request effective and change my CC to AKPK term loan. It means all my payment previously was paid like normal payment to CC and 18% interest charged until this month.

Wonder if can make complaint to BNM.
