Need help here regarding debt settlement.

My uncle who is already in the 60s are being harassed everyday to pay his cc debts which has lots of interest piled up for non payment. He lost his job few years back and has been unable to secure any permanent jobs since then due to his age. He has been doing odd jobs now and then but income is inconsistent.

I registered for a free CtOS report for him and saw that RHB had already moved his case to “Legal” . Will AKPK still be able to help? Anyone in such situation before and what are some ways to get out of this situation?
