Managing your own money shall start from your self, not ask others to help.
But simple principle to follow : savings > debts.
Only take loan if saving's interest rate/return are > loan's interest rate.

Just say you are taking personal loan with interest of 10%, can you get any investment" that sure can give you > 15% of return from the PL amount you take?
In the market there's nothing can yield this.
Some do say a bumi can take ASB loan that can give high return. But still, part of it have to pay the loan/debt.
For me, don't care a person is a bumi or non bumi, having close to 0 debt still the way to go.
