Because this morning the phone call was informing me that they are going to submit my dad file to the highest court and want to foreclose my house. So I'm not sure whether if they submitted the file, will my house be foreclosed.

just want to ask if a person enrol with akpk program, can he or she still able to open any current account from bank for business use like: sole proprietor or sdn bhd?
would it affect existing bank account facility?
